Shipping - Where do you ship to? How much does it cost?
We ship to most international and UK locations. The full list of shipping countries can be found in the checkout pages. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at the checkout depending on the weight and size of what you've ordered and where we're shipping it to.
Where’s my order? How long is delivery?
Allow 2-3 days for delivery of general orders in the UK (this includes unbuilt bikes) and a couple of days longer if you’re in Europe. If you’re further afield allow 7 working days for your delivery to arrive. FOR BUILT BIKES allow 5-7 days for UK delivery 2 days longer for European delivery and 7 days longer world wide. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

I’m local. Can I collect my order from the Doncaster warehouse?
Yes you can. There’s an option in the checkout to do this and you won’t get charged shipping. When your order is ready to collect, you’ll get a call from the guys at the warehouse. Please don’t select the Collect from Warehouse delivery option unless you are actually intending on collecting the order, otherwise we’ll just call you up and get you to pay for the additional shipping over the phone.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes. But where possible we prefer you to order online. Online ordering keeps our warehouse operation efficient and helps reduce mistakes. If you're having trouble with the online ordering system CONTACT US
How unbuilt is an unbuilt bike?
If you order your bike unbuilt, you'll receive a number of boxes containing all the components you need to build the bike. Wheels will be assembled (ie. we don't just send a box of spokes, hubs and rims) but all other components are unbuilt. Headset and bottom bracket will not be fitted. Please only select the unbuilt option if you are confident of completing the build yourself.
If I've ordered a built bike, what can I expect when my bike arrives?
If you’re in the UK, your bike will arrive assembled (in a very large box) with the bars turn down and flat against the frame for safe packing. Our bikes don’t include pedals, so if you’ve ordered some of those, you’ll need to fit them yourself. If we're shipping the bike overseas we part dissasmeble and carefully pack the bike for safer and cheaper shipping.
